Mr. Sanjay Shorey holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (honours) and a bachelor’s degree in law each from University of Delhi. He also holds a master’s degree in commerce from Himachal Pradesh University, master’s degree in business administration from Sikkim Manipal University and a post graduate diploma in personal management and labour welfare from Himachal Pradesh University. He is an ex-senior member of Indian Corporate Law Service with extensive experience in corporate affairs, legal prosecution, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and public administration. Previously, he has held several leadership positions including as a Director General of Corporate Affairs, Regional Director (Northern Region), Director (Legal and Prosecution) and Joint Director (Legal) under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. He has also served as a director in the office of the Custodian, Department of Financial Services under the Ministry of Finance. He has also served as the officer on special duty to Minister of State for Railways, including as a private secretary to the Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways. Additionally, he is currently acting as a government nominee on the council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also part of a high-level Advisory Group on Ease of Doing Business constituted by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and has represented the Government of India before various courts and tribunals. Further, he was a member (representative of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs) of the Secretarial Standards Board of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Mr. Sriram Krishnan has over 26 years of work experience, a large part of which has been in the Indian capital markets space, across Asset Management and Securities Services. He is currently the Head of Business Development for the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Mr. Ankit Sharma is presently the Chief Regulatory Officer (Listing & Investor Compliance) at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Mr. Sharma has over 25 years of experience in leading Regulatory, Risk, Policy, Strategy, operations, systems & processes and compliances.

K. S. Somasundaram has a total 25 years of experience. Prior to joining NSE, he was in the banking industry for around 20 years where he has worked in the areas of Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Operations and Business Analyst roles. He is presently the Chief Enterprise Risk Officer of NSE and he has been instrumental in setting up and managing the Risk Management Framework at NSE. In addition to Risk Management, he also oversees the Business Excellence and Internal Audit functions.

Aniruddha Chatterjee brings about 25 years of experience in the information and analysis industry and has held several leadership roles across leading companies and successfully led business growth and transformations. Prior to joining NSE Cogencis in 2022, Aniruddha was with Refinitiv (erstwhile Thomson Reuters Financial & Risk business and now a part of London Stock Exchange Group), where he has served first as Head of Buy Side and Exchanges and thereafter as Market Leader Account Management for Key and Strategic accounts across South Asia. Aniruddha also served as the regional sales director at Dow Jones for six years and led the growth of its regulatory risk & compliance business in India. He spent over a decade working with India's premier economic think tank CMIE leading sales, business development and also led the company’s pioneering effort to start India's largest primary survey of households. Aniruddha also had a stint with Bloomberg as Team Leader and was recognised for developing the company’s buy-side sales strategy in the region.
