You will be responsible for:

• Track and interpret developments across industries, policy and the macroeconomic environment, with a strong market lens.
• Analyse corporate financial performance and balance sheets to gauge sectoral health and earnings momentum.
• Monitor investment and financing conditions across the economy and capital markets.
• Follow activity and sentiment in debt and equity markets to identify emerging themes and shifts in risk appetite.
• Assess the impact of domestic and global macroeconomic developments on the economy and industries.
• Deliver timely, concise written commentary, flash notes and thematic reports with a strong market lens.
• Build clean, intuitive charts and visualisations that quickly convey key trends and inflection points.

You need to have:

• Strong 5-10 years of experience in industry research, equity/debt research, credit analysis, ratings or market intelligence
• Strong command over financial statement analysis
• Solid understanding of the Indian macroeconomy and global macro-financial linkages.
• Exceptional writing and spoken communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity without losing rigour.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfort with data and speed in forming market-relevant views.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualisation tools; ability to work with large datasets preferred.
